seller remarks

so the seller was rude to me on email back re a laptop with office 2019 on it my tech guys said there has to be a product key to this if gotten we ? them and he came back rude to me so was reported I never had office 2016 2017 etc if no code is inc how do U know if burned copy or what ever? thanks

KNOW what you are buying BEFORE you agree to purchase>>>>and cheaper isn't always better, & so often it is best to purchase specific electronic supplies from a local reputable source, rather than online.. Purchasing from a local retailer provides you with all the necessary product information to make an informed purchase saving you the current situation in which you find yourself...... Hindsight is great ...until it isn't...

It was delivered.

The "product key" was not included.

Was the "product key" mentioned in the Description as being present?
If not you got what you paid for.

Is the"product key" available on line - I gather it' s something like an instruction book??
Whatever the seller wrote you when you complained, you interpreted it as rude.
