Comic book created and owned in United States but printed in Canada an American or Canadian product?

Everything is owned and created in United States put the printing is outsourced to a Canadian Company. The printed product is then shipped back to U.S. and then sent back into Canada to sell.

It's  my opinion, but I occasionally have had to make similar decision with knitting/crocheting pattern books... and I have always gone with where/in whatever country the item has been printed...

Now that I no longer ship to the USA, I no longer have to concern myself with any of that...

Others may chime in here with different opinions on your particular situation and/or have experience with same/similar situation, so hopefully there is some sort of concensus that will work best for you...
