Hello, I wonder if anyone uses the Ebay Excel mass upload option for their products.
I have been using the following for my mass uploads for shipping cost in Canada. However I am not sure How I can add an American shipping options for this. Has anyone done this selling from CANADA and shipping to the USA? I know there is the international shipping program, however most times its actually more expensive for my product category than setting my own flat rate for mass upload listings.

I'm hoping to have it set up to some like $3.99/ whatever the format for Canada post shipping is.
