Does anyone have any true information as to why US Customs is rejecting Canada Post parcels? I cannot print a label for a customer in the USA one day after sale as this change has taken place. See attachment, labelled as Cover Photo.

The message at the top of the 'Get Shipping Label' screen reads:
"Due to changes in US customs regulations, all Canada Post services to the US and Puerto Rico are disabled."
Perhaps because eBay has dis-enabled the ability to do so...
With eBay Canada's new eIS program in place, shipping to the USA is a whole different game now...
If choosing to ship to the USA via Canada Post you would need to do so directly with Canada Post(online with CPSnapShip) or in person at a CP postal outlet...either way I believe utilizing Zonos is also required for all the Tariff documentation,etc.
