When is ebay going to put Canada Post labels back up

Canda Post is now functioning somewhat. Packages are being accepted. Why doesn't Ebay put the Canada Post labels back up?

In addition to that it's 2 weeks later and I can't put anything Canada Post or any generic shipping option as my main shipping option in Business Policies ...  just UPS and Fed Ex which is greatly hurting my sales. I'm still at about 5 to 10% of what my sales should be per week. If I could choose Letterpost as my main shipping option for Dvds and thiner items my sales would go up significantly. Could Ebay fix that asap? I don't havw away to contact them directly anymore.
