international invoices

I'm not abel to sent international invoices. Everything was O.K till last week. And now the buyers are telling me that they are not able to pay because I don't sent the items in their country. Can somebody tell me what's happening

Dear, it seems there’s a temporary issue with your account’s international shipping/payment settings. Please check if international shipping is enabled and the countries you ship to are allowed. If the problem continues, contact eBay support. Hope this helps!
