Any B.C. sellers going to eBay's Customer Care Open house on Oct. 6th?

Anyone in the Lower Mainland going to this Open House at their headquarters in Burnaby? I had a phone call from them a couple of weeks ago, inviting me along, and then an e-mail with info & directions. Seems like there will be a Canadapost Rep and others to talk to.

I would be interested in meeting some other BC sellers that post here.

I got the phone call too in Victoria. Unfortunately, I'll be leaving that day for a collectibles show in Calgary so can't make it. I'll be interested to hear how it went so I hope anyone who goes will give us a report!

I didn't hear a thing...........still waiting for the tangible results of all those good ideas we put in, to improve eBay.ca for Powersellers, too. Having that guy on standby at the Post Office to carry all those Powerseller goodies home is getting kind of expensive....... Michael

I went there, got to meet some interesting people. Got a nice Shirt. Asked them about something about accounting, was told will get back to me. Never heard from them again. I think it's just another publicity show off.
I also pointed out to them in "My Message" a reply usually has no original quote, so you have no idea where the reply originate from, cause some people takes a while to answer. Anyway, they don't even know, I was kind of disappointed.

Ebay customer service is a total joke. They are more interested in their publicity and image than they are in actually helping out the members that pay their salaries.
