This compnay is called Metro Supply Chain aka Metro E24. Terrible experience. Most couriers these days drop the packages in front of your door, if you are not home (ore even if you are). Metro does not do that. They phone you. If you don't answer or aren't home they won't deliver. They make 3 attempts and then return package to sender.
They deliver between 8am and 10pm. So you have to sit at home all day and hope they show up. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't and sometimes they say they did and that you weren't home. If you miss their phone call eg on another call, in the washroom etc you're out of luck. They leave without delivering package.
They have no customer service phone number. Only option is to email. After 8 days i still haven't heard back from my first email i sent them. They have tracking but only through 3rd party sites like parcelsapp which updates so slowly they may have come and gone before the tracking even says the package is out for delivery. There is no tracking on Metro's own site.
Here is their rating on TrustPilot: Metro Supply Chain Group Reviews | Read Customer Service Reviews of www.metroscg.com
Many of the reviews mirror my experience with them.
They are usually associated with Asendia and BroadReach in Canada. If your seller is using any of those, head for the hills and don't look back.

e24 by doing a quick test seems to service a very limited area. Having any kind of coast to coast competition is very challenging in Canada because we are just soooo spread out.
I've had a similar experience messaging these new random never heard of before couriers. Very little in the way of actual support. Unfortunately most are using chatbots without a way of contacting a live agent. Messages received are vague/useless variety. On a few occasions I've gotten no follow up but parcel did eventually arrive. I put notes on my incoming to ring bell. That displays on label but almost never happens. Minor shock when it does. All you can do is sign up for alerts and cross fingers.
In speaking to someone expecting a parcel from Uni Uni....item was delivered on 25 th mid day. Driver brought it up in elevator and left it by elevator door on their floor. They would not have known it was there except for an alert they received to their phone.
