I can't believe this.
I just listed a radio on .com and when I took a look at it on .com - eBay has let PayPal put an advertisement underneath my price. It says: "$25 for 12 months" it's clickable and opens up into a big PayPal credit application.
It' is not on .ca
WHAT NEXT?

When I check on dot ca I see a Mastercard ad on right and ad for Shen Yun show in Vancouver. On dot com a Chatr & the same Mastercard ad. Never clicked though. By chance when you created the listing did you use promoted listing format?

It''s for a PayPal Credit account. Another method of payment.

Afterthought. It may depend on any ad blocking program you are using what does or doesn't get through.

First off, that is a really cool radio!
Second, I get an ad for eBay Credit Card at the top of the page and to the left. To be honest though, when I look at eBay listing now, it's like looking at the Matrix. I don't see that ads. Without intentionally noticing the ads on the page I couldn't have told you what was listed.
I wouldn't worry about ads located on your listing's page, it's done basically everywhere now.

The only ads I see are the usual eBay ones promoting other people's radios.
I use AdBlockPlus.
Recently learned there are ads on Facebook and YouTube. Who knew?
