I have purchased about 6 washburn guitars in as many weeks.

My purchase price including shipping has been completely refunded

and the entire transaction cancelled with only the explanation that

the item was not allowed to cross the border into Canada. 

I ask for a more complete explanation so that I may act more 

informed in the future. Neil.

If you have the import certificate number, which I doubt, you might be able to ask Canadian Border Services Agency.

I would suggest that you would have your best results if you asked politely that the officials explain where "you" or "your seller" went wrong.
