I have purchased about 6 washburn guitars in as many weeks.

My purchase price including shipping has been completely refunded

and the entire transaction cancelled with only the explanation that

the item was not allowed to cross the border into Canada. 

I ask for a more complete explanation so that I may act more 

informed in the future. Neil.

I doubt that guitars are on the Prohibited list <g>. Did the seller want to ship with a courier like UPS or FedEx, if that's the case they probably never completed the proper customs forms, or did not want the hassle of doing so.
