Change My Listings to "Ship to Canada Only"

I want to change all my 88 listings on eBay to ships to Canada only.  Right now I ship to Canada and USA.  Have looked at all the help articles but cannot find anything.

set up a business policy - (shipping policy) so you don't have to update all your listings one by one

If you go into your account shipping preferences (Exclude shipping locations) you can set United States as a location you do not ship to with one click of a button.
