Where to send Billing Agent Authorization Tax Form

I am GST/HST registered; trying to file out the Billing Agent Authorization Tax form. Is CanadaGST/[email protected] still the correct email to send? I sent in my form 2 weeks ago but haven't heard back.

@alphabeticoenterprises, as @pokka507 posted about this back in May, they may have stopped checking back or receiving notifications about this thread.  I've tagged them just in case that's able to nudge them.

GST506 forms can be found on the Government of Canada website, but you may want to fill in most of eBay's portion yourself:

Thanks! I will try my best to fill in Ebay 's part. Do you know where should I send this form to after completetion? I tried an email on the old thread (canadapst/[email protected]) was not working.

The address given in the user agreement is:

CanadaGST/[email protected]

“GST” comes first. It might be case-sensitive but don't know for sure.
