Have you tried doing a google search with part number of stove? Include ebay in search results if you want to purchase only thru eBay. As of late searching within eBay has been wonky. Remember that if you purchase from a US ebay seller etc there will be tariffs and/or customs clearing charges along with provincial tax. You could also find from your a google search other sellers in Canada that have the part you need. Might be cheaper that way.

Vermont Castings still makes their stoves in the USA.

Tariffs are paid by Americans who are importing.

Canada has dropped most of our retaliatory tariffs on USmade goods.

You are right that there will be duty and sales taxes on imported goods. The shipper may also add "customs brokerage fees" which can be as little as $9.95 with Canada Post but much higher with private shippers.

You might be able to find VC dealers in Canada by asking the company for a list. At one time, when I was selling them (and owned a blue enamel Resolute) the dealers formed a friendly network to import stoves en masse, reducing our costs.
