I really love Ebay for everything they sell, I was a regular buyer but in the last 2-3 years it seems that Shipping cost to Canada is a lot more than it was, is there a way they will lower this because of this I buy to other sites often,

This is now, not what it "was" and shipping costs have increased....Shipping costs are determined by size, weight,location and method of shipping>Canada Post,Purolator,DHL,Fedex,UPS,ChitChats,etc,etc....

eBay does not set the shipping prices...eBay does not sell anything...ALL Selling on eBay is by individual sellers...Shipping prices are set by the individual sellers...

Shipping rates in the USA have absolutely skyrocketed in the last year, especially with USPS. That could be some of the increase. Depending on where you live, there are some services such as Shippsy that might end up being a lot cheaper for you.
