i've posted about this in past but opening a new discussion on the issue for anyone having a similar problem.
If you have been creating labels recently (possibly goes back as far as mid October..maybe further) and entered correct accurate measurements but then when label printed the measurements were modified (increased) I have opened a ticket that eBay is now investigating.
You can tell this is happening if you check the shipment and cost detail, then compare to the printed label. The cost summary report will have the length in the second position. It should match in the same as entered. 24 cm x 20 cm x 6 cm becomes 20 cm x 24 cm x 6 cm. This will affect the price if cubing is applicable.
In my situation 23 x 17 x 9 displays as 17 x 23 x 9 on shipment and cost detail report. 400 grams. On the physical label it printed as 23 x 20 x 9. Dim weight 0.830.
When you contact ebay help specify the shipping group and that your labels are printing/being charged incorrectly.
Note: Based on CP Expedited eBay labels. Separate issue from expedited lite ticket(s). Unsure if this issue is connected to any additional services. As a backup you can either attach the summary or write down the measurements you are inputting and keep with your order paperwork.
