Yes, you can by Canada Post labels for non-US International locations on eBay Labels. I just tested it with an old transaction to Spain and it was showing the XpressPost International option at 48% off.
There are a few different ways people are shipping to the USA at the moment:
1) Using Zonos/Canada Post. For items with zero duty then no real changes are required aside from needing to buy your label somewhere other than eBay. For items with duty you would need to increase your shipping cost to include the amount owed to Zonos.
2) Using a cross-border shipper. There are various options available depending on the CBS. Some require you to jump through some hoops like uploading manufacturer information including address to the shipment. Both Stallion and ChitChats have a new collaboration with PostNL that supposedly doesn't need the manufacturer information, but it's still too new for any reliable reports on it's functionality.
3) Using a courier like UPS and sending it DDU. This isn't recommended at the moment - there are tons of issues being reported, although it seems like if the contents were "Made in USA" there is less of a risk.
4) Using eIS if you're one of the few that has been enrolled in the program so far. Although there are a ton of issues with this right now as well.

My other question is... How are people shipping to US now? Prepay tariff on Zonos and then buy labels on Snap Ship / Chit Chats / Stallion etc? So do you just add the tariff on the US shipping cost of the item?
Thanks!
As an FYI sent one on Wednesday to Spain via Intl Tracked. Arrived Madrid on 17th. So just processing thru customs to be forwarded to customer.

You can actually send DDP with UPS also, just not through eBay labels. Click Ship offers it. I still wouldn't recommend doing it until they get their clearance issues in order though.

Personally going to stick with CP intl tracked VAT collected note in details. That way let the destination country experts handle if there are any addiitional taxes due. In majority of cases their aren't from feedback from customers. And save risking mangled additional charges from UPS after the fact.

I'm aware, but I can't imagine a situation why you'd want to use it if Canada Post/Zonos is available (i.e. not on strike), so I didn't think it worth mentioning.

Potentially multi-box shipments. If I remember right, they only charge the additional size / weight, or very close to it for each additional box. That only seems to be the case for the USA though, not Canada.

Thank you all for replying. It's very helpful as I was getting overwhelmed by all the threads and just wanted something straightforward.
I used to just reprint labels to get a quote too but I didn't sell to this Spain buyer for a few months so I couldn't use her old order (my recent orders are all to the US)... Helpful to know the discount is still the same.
I'll most likely look into Zonos + CP for US shipments for now as that seems to be most straight forward... Highly doubt I'd be getting much US sales tbh as I'll probably need to increase everything by $10-20 USD but doesn't hurt to try I suppose. Majority of my listings are on .COM (I'll be posting new listings on .CA from now on, and will eventually move all .COM listings to .CA) so increasing the shipping cost seems to be a quicker fix at the moment.

You don't have any active listings right now so I don't know for sure, but based on the sold listings on your account (books), and the name of your account I assume you mostly ship books? If so there's no duty owing on books if you use Canada Post/Zonos. Fairly low-risk to mail books right now. Only downside is the lack of eBay discount on Tracked Packet services.

Yes, I mostly sell comic books that I accumulated over the last 15+ years. I was just reading other eBay community threads too and someone else who sells comic books also mentioned there is no duty so this is good news. I'm finally getting a breather from work this week so I'm gonna look up how Zonos (google rating 1.1/5 lmao) works, as I need to relist my books soon before they "expire" from the Ended listings...
So if comic books are indeed duty free, then my biggest cost increase is probably losing the eBay labels discounts for US shipments...

Yes, but this is what you get:

Why do we need to purchase the label somewhere other than ebay? Tracked Packet is much cheaper via ebay labels.
I was hoping I could use the zonos prepay app to deal with any duties + tariffs (in my case, usually none). Then enter the zonos info when purchasing the ebay label for Canada Post tracked packet to the US. Is this not allowed?

Unfortunately eBay removed the ability to print US-bound Canada Post labels when the de minimis was removed at the end of August.
They could implement Zonos functionality into their system (Etsy has done this for example), but they have chosen not to. At least not yet anyway. Probably because they want people to use eIS.
Oh wow. I'm glad I haven't had any orders! I'll have to remove the US Canada Post label as an option on my listings. It's crazy that they'll allow you to provide it as a shipping option, but then you can't print the label. Thanks for the heads up!

You can still print a Canada Post tracked packet USA label, you just can't do it through ebay.
What ebay does need to do is stop quoting the discounted eBay rate for tracked packet USA since Sellers no longer can get that rate. Setting the "ebay" discounted rate to be the same as Canada Post's normal rates for the USA should be what eBay does while they have USA shipping labels disabled.

Shipment that was dropped on 15th in Calgary, delivered in Spain on 22nd. Shipping via tracked 15.53. Curious to know if eIS could meet that speed and price? The listing would not have qualified because it was paper money. If the item had sold to Canadian customer shipping would have been letter mail the defacto shipping untracked shipping method in Canada, something that eIS has not grasped when eIS was set up. Letter in Canada would be 3.00. Expedited lite IF it was offered by selllers would be 6 to 8 for W. Canada.
Unfortunately the method if sold via eIS would be that 3.00 approx(depending on sellers postage(letter rates markup). I guess each time you sold an item via eis you could can cancel so buyer could see a revising shipping amount to pay. I imagine that would go over not so well??? Hmmm. Seems to be something that was not taken into consideration when eIS was being thought out?!?
