Delayed promotion charges

Something else to be on lookout for.

I sold an item on the 17th and saw selling fees immediately there after. Today on the 20th I see a charge for promoted fees for the same listing. Guess now we will need to monitor for tape delayed shipping charges AND promotion fees. (Normally 1 follows the other seconds later.)

For mine, I did a refund for combined shipping of 3 fully paid items (3 variations of one listing, in a single cart/order) before the delayed charges.

When it became a promoted listing sale the next day (yesterday), the promoted listing fees were based on the original paid amounts for each item, and did not account for the refunded amount given the night before.

The refund transaction the night before only includes credits for Final value fees, as it was not a promoted listing sale until the next day.
