I make all my listings on eBay.ca, and when I change/update my titles, they don't update when a translation is required. I'm not sure if it takes a long time or if it's just straight-up bugged.
A few examples: One of my listings translated to French on cafr.ebay is still showing an older title, same for another one of my listings on ebay.com from Japan's point of view. It only happens when eBay decides to translate a title. So, I'm unsure if the update takes a really, really long time or is just not happening, because I can't recall when I made the previous edits.
