Just received an email from ChitChats that now USA Custom wants more specific detail if what we are shipping.
Example T-Shirt not good enough has to be more explicit if mans womans kids and material made of.
Think it just getting more of a hassel for people to ship to USA.
Lucky i only send sports card's.

people like that are best avoided at all costs.  Give them a polite  smile and then an 'excuse me' while you go talk to somone else.

Just more Headaches from USA customs

As I said in past posts, the USA will only be getting goods from me via the Canadian version of eIS, which will launch later this month or when the UPU puts an upfront duty collection system in place, like we have for tax collection, and integrates it into the selling platforms.

When that is done, the new normal begins.

I will not be fronting any duties, taxes, or shipping for any US or International Buyers, nor will I be jumping through hoops to ship to the USA.

A2025 implementation steps are almost completed...

A2030 next...

Good luck to anyone who still tries to circumvent the postal rules on shipping "Merchandise" using Letter Post, no customs declarations, and using stamps.

They will be in for a surprise when customs are finally able to, and will use the "confiscated and destroyed" clause they have so wanted to use for all illegally shipped items into the country.

I will ship all international sales via eIS; not worth the risk shipping any other way. If you sell specialty items, Buyers will still buy, and the days of selling cheap tat, those days are over.
