Listing to sell in canada

I'm trying to make my first listing to sell an item.  In the preview mode I see that can can only ship in USA.  Why?  I can't find the setting for that option.  My goal is  selling only in canada.

When preparing the listing, are you logged in on .CA or .COM?

Are prices/costs within your listing showing USD or CDN?

.com I think.   and the price is listed in USD.

Therein lies the probem and the answer is simple>> If you want to list for Canada only, you need to be logged in on  eBayCanada>.CA.

Best to be logged into the dot ca. That will get you access to calculated, flat rate or free shipping options with access to displaying the CP discounts in preferences. First will be Canadiann shipping followed by Intl. On com you must have shipping to USA.
