Is buy one get one or volume discount not available on ebay Canada? If not why? It would be very helpful. Can it be done via coupons? I can't find any options.
There are occasional promotional discounts (rebates), but what you mention is specific to each vendor in ebay, and not coming from ebay itself (which is e-commerce platform, but not a vendor).

If you go to Marketing -> Discounts you should be able to set up a coupon to allow volume discounts. I haven't tried it personally, but the option is there.
