Anyone having problems with shipping labels to France? There seems to be some kind of glitch in the system. I I am unable to generate a label thru eBay to an address located in France. At the first attempt, it says that the province is incorrect (which is not true). At the second attempt, after removing the province, it says that it is unable to generate the label and that I should verify the size of the package (which doesn't need to be verified). At the third attempt, it says to verify both addresses (mine and the receiver).... I tried on different browsers with the same results.
It's not the first time I encounter this problem when generating a label to France. Had to generate the label on Canada Post website instead, which is much more expensive as you all know. But still the customer paid the lower shipping associated with the eBay shipping discount....
I tried to contact customer service and am still waiting for a reply.
Am I the only one? Does anyone has a solution to this?
