Threatening my seller status

Just got an email from every threatening my seller status.
'If your seller performance doesn’t improve, there’s a risk that the selling limits will be lowered on your account, and in some cases, you may be permanently restricted from selling on eBay'

I have 100% positive reviews over 1000 sales.
What's their problem or what am I missing?

Go to Seller Hub -> Performance -> Seller Level and see what it says

Performance is graded for sales to USA, UK, Germany and Global (Canada + rest of world not in the other regions).

Your feedback is meaningless, eBay does not consider feedback when reviewing seller performance. In addition your historical performance is irrelevant, eBay only looks at the previous 12 months.

Have you cancelled orders? Have buyers opened any refund requests for Not Received or Not As Described and if so did you fail to resolve these issues on a timely basis? Any other policy violations in the past year?

Have you looked at the Seller Dashboard, are there any warnings showing there?
