continous loop of emails can't post new items

I can't put up an item for sale. Has anyone been stuck in a continous loop of emails and continue buttons.

Have you tried closing down the computer, giving the dog a bath, vaccuuming the dining room and then coming back when the gnomes who run the machine are rested?
