Trying to create an eBay Canada Post Tracked Packet International label, from Canada to (Andalusia) Spain.
Error message each time I try. "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."
My package is 11.43 x 11.43 x 10.86 (cm) (4.5 x 4.5 x 4.25") weight is 60 grams.
Shown on the eBay label form "Minimum 14 x 9 x 0.1cm. Maximum weight 2kg, length 60cm and sum of three dimensions 90cm. (minimum 5 1/2" x 3 1/2" seems on the large side for a minimum?
I have shipped this size/weight box to Spain many times without issue.
I triple checked name/address/postal/ being sure there are no more than 35 characters in each line.
I triple checked country of origin, tariff code, weight match and at a loss as to why it will not accept my info.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Try a box size of 16x12x12 (6x4x4 box) and see if that works. That size box should still stay under 100g. Use Canada Post's autocomplete (canadapost.ca/ac) to check the address, especially check for any weird characters or letters instead of numbers, etc. Make sure you checked the tick box for the customs information.
Worse case, you can probably create the label with another provider like EasyShip (which has a free tier). I haven't sent anything overseas with them yet, but the quotes for tracked packet international are actually slightly cheaper than eBay's price. They gave me a quote for $14.41. You could also get the postage on Stallion Express and mail the item in to them. Combined with Shipping Chimp or Sendle, it looks like it would cost roughly $8ish? + $7.81. Another alternative would be to mail it in to ChitChats. I think they offer the first mail in free (not sure what the cost is after that), and the label itself would be $9.32.

Thanks so much. The 16 x 12 x 12 suggestion seemed to have done it

I was on phone with eBay agent and supervisor today. I had an item sold to Israel, and getting a "No Service Available" message. I inquired whether this was an Israel problem (nope, restictions were lifted July 16); or a Canada Post wide problem. They told me it's Canada Post.
I sold several items on Friday and Saturday and printed shippers for them. Maybe this just happened since yesterday? Is anybody else have CP snafus again?

Enter the minimum length of 14cm, your 11.43cm is too short for the simple ebay label error checking.
In reality, it should still go through the mail system.
Tracked packet does not use volumetric weight (only actual) for calculating shipping cost, so a small overestimate in size will not increase the price.
