You can try adding them to your blocked buyers list. On Sellers Hub (I think under Shortcuts) is Block Buyers. Enter their user name and there is also an option "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me", make sure you have that on. They may be able to reach out through messages if you have already been talking with them but they won't be able to reach you from any of your listings or to buy/bid on your items.

I've had to put a few relentless crazies in mine over the years.

I think there is a 30 day limit on the period during which a customer can reach you through Messages if you respond to their Message.

So even with the Blocks in place, and they are pretty effective, you might have to put up with them for a month more.

Sigh.

But meanwhile, don't open them. Just trash them unopened.
