I issued a full refund to a buyer who demanded one prior to returning the item. Will I get a credit back from Ebay?

This buyer claims the item inside the sealed box is not what he bought and if I didn't refund his money immediately he would leave me "very negative feedback" and report me to Ebay. I refunded the money because I didn't want any hassles. Will I qualify for a refund/credit of the Ebay fees I paid for the transaction?

Hi Paula ..that's extortion and could have had removed. Buyer must return item for a refund. Likely have lost item and money.
