If Country of Origin Is Omitted From Listing Does USA Still See The Item?

I'm seeing different responses to the question above, so I'm uncertain about which one is accurate.

I have a few items that are manufactured in India, the high tariffs of 50% is detering me from shipping them to the United States. I would like to confirm before I list.

I don't know if you have any listings that do not have Country of Origin information in the Item Specifics section of the listing right now, but when I try viewing all your listings through the link on this thread, the same number of listings (542) is available for me to view whether I've set my shipping location to a Canadian postal code or an American ZIP code.
