I was charged a selling fee for something i did not sell

Hi ..there are only 2 ways to have final value fees credited..an unpaid item dispute or a mutual cancellation if buyer and seller are in agreement.

I posted this on another thread this morning..

Occasionally both buyer and seller mutually agree to cancel a transaction. Here is how to handle..
