i've had to deal with some lousy courier companies over the last few years and Obibox (aka Xpedigo) is certainly among them. For so many days i lost count the tracking went: ready for delivery, picked up by driver, rescheduled for delivery. Repeat.
Must have been 10 days in a row like that. Never once was an actual delivery attempt made. I contacted customer service, the seller contacted customer service and each time we were 'guaranteed' it would be delivered the next day. Never was. I live about 15 miles from the Obibox depot.
Eventually i asked the seller to recall the package and refund me and i bought the items from somebody else. The seller was very apologetic. It's a reminder that it's the seller's responsibility to use a reliable delivery service......not just the cheapest one they can find.

Interesting. I've never had to deal with this company, and I hope I won't have to!

never heard of them! ...but perhaps that's because (from what I have now read), only service Ontario & Quebec...

they are big in Quebec but i think unestablished in Ontario. I live in the Toronto area and they were unable to deliver a package a short distance, so either overwhelmed or under staffed (which is two sides of the same coin). While i was waiting i even had assurances from the regional supervisor that my package would be delivered on certain days and as i said it never was. I have no idea if the seller ever got it back.
This was from a pretty big seller who gives them a lot of business so you'd think they would want to make his customers happy. I hope he dumped them.
Apparently they took over from Fedex delivering HelloFresh orders and i saw complaints about packages arriving days late or not at all....which is bad when the product is food.
