Twice in the last month I’ve had Chit Chats through GRA GSM claim “incorrect address” for addresses I’ve shipped to multiple times over 7 years with other carriers. They then charge return shipping and give an estimated return delivery timeline of 2 weeks. So start to finish it will be 5 weeks. These addresses are impossible to miss, they’re giant community attractions.
Anyone else have this issue? I’ve read reviews from others that say no delivery attempt was made for their package, which is what I think really happened to me…because again, the recipients are at community icons.
Once is one thing, twice in a month is a big red flag.
