Item Stuck in Customs Canada

Hey everyone, I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem. I bought some graded Pokemon cards from a well reputable card store in Japan. I bought it July 19th, shipped on July 24, arrived in Canada on July 30th as “presented for review”, it has been over 2 months stuck in customs and it still has not moved. I tried to call CSBA but to no avail. Would anyone be available to tell me if they have had similar experiences? And if so how long did it take for it to get resolved? The customs office is in a different province than where I reside.

Item Stuck in Customs Canada

Escalate the Claim.

The seller is required to prove delivery, not shipping.

To be fair, this is not really the seller's fault but it is their responsibility.

What was the estimated last date for delivery?

You have 30 days from that date to open an Item Not Received dispute with eBay.

You may have 120 days or more from Payment to open a chargeback on the credit card you actually paid with.

Don't fuss about customs.

Get your money back.

If and when the cards appear, contact the seller about refunding your refund.

The estimated late arrival was Sept 17, I have disputed an “item not received” to which the seller countered by contacting support. It has been over a week since I opened the case, and eBay is still yet to resolve.
