Why is Canada Post still blocked?

Why can we have UPS and FedEx but not Canada Post for US labels? I want to use Canada Post, Zonos and my eBay label discount. Why is eBay still blocking Canada Post? I can offer the CP label discount to my US customers but I can't access the discount so I have to pay counter price. I can't turn the discount off just for the USA, so I added a handling fee but I can't add a handling fee to just the USA. So the handling fee is applied to everyone but Canada. Why are they doing this to us? I will leave before I sign up for EiS. Feeling sabotaged by the company that should want me to suceed. Maybe I'm missing something? Doing it wrong?

Because eBay has not enabled the integration of CP-Zonos for the US bound orders.

And most likely they won't do until the tariff situation changes. That's why they implemendted the eIS program in Canada.

"I will leave before I sign up for EiS.".....then perhaps best to start those preparations as you will be waiting and waiting and waiting, if you expect eBay to do what you want... >this is eBay's site and eBay has set up eIS>use it or not, that's your choice...

You can still utilize Canada Post /Zonos; just not through eBay...but it is available directly through Canada Post.
