Besides using Best Offer on most of my listings, I have been from time to time, going through my Active Listings and making specific Offers on "eligible" listings.
As of last week, I cannot figure out how to reliably do this.
There used to be a "button" on the Active Listings page which showed which listings were eligible.
That disappeared, and there is sometimes, but not apparently always, a place hidden under Marketing on a drop down, which might or might not allow me to choose which listings to make offers on.
It is also more difficult to make a Note on theActive Listings that I have made such an Offer.
My Offers are usually based on how long something has been in stock, so this becomes a real annoyance.

I get the buttons if I click the eligible button filter button at the top. Otherwise, 'send offers' is in the '...' actions button next to 'edit' in the actions column when eligible.

@femmefan1946 You should see them in multiple places if anything is eligible. The top one opens the offer system up in a popup window. The second one acts like a filter on your listings and opens it up in place. Alternatively, you can just bookmark https://www.ebay.ca/sh/lst/active?offers=sendNewOffers

That shows on my dotCA listings, but not on my dotCOM listings.
The "send offers" I finally figured out, does allow me to delete listings I don't want to make Offers on.
But the older system allowed me to make Offers from my Active Listings, on which I have notes about previous Offers, date of listing, etc. which are useful in making decisions.
I am old and set in my ways.
