Chinese COO Products Get An Additional 100% in Tariffs Stacked Onto Pre-Existing Rates

Just like that all the prices that I set on all my listings to prepay these tariffs are wildly incorrect. Effectively this is a trade embargo on all products made in China buy the US.

Luckily I don’t have many orders heading down there, unluckily I haven’t gotten any emails to tell me I’m in the EIS program yet which at this point I’ll need to be in unless I go through every listing with a Chinese product and add 100% of the sale price to the shipping cost.

With investments in AI propping up their stock market to the point of being in a bubble 17 times larger than the .com bubble. It’s not unfair to say that the US is coming close to being a true Banana Republic.

Just laughable at this point.

These are the reasons I canceled my store subscription. A bunch of sellers on here are being so positive that it'll all be fine. It's so far from fine. I expect tariffs will eventually be put on all goods entering the US regardless of where they are made. Every Canadian seller is getting the Boa Constrictor treatment, just slowly being squeezed out.

It's basically a Medieval times siege tactic. Surround the castle and starve them with ridiculous tariffs. And then infiltrate the country with propaganda messaging ( I live in Alberta and the separatist movement is fueled by American MAGA influencers). Also get political sides to fight with each other rather than being united against the real problem.
