Cost of Shipping Label at CND Site to US Buyer has increased Three Times. Is It Glitch?

Hi Guys,

Since Jul 2, Cost of Shipping Label at CND Site to US Buyer has jumped almost $7 to $21 even for simple letter mail. The same problem exists at different stores. However, for Canadian buyers, it is perfectly same as before.

Is it a Glitch or something else eBay is working on. Even the postal strike is over but eBay still saying 

"Canada Post operations are currently impacted by ongoing labour disputes"

Any idea, what is wrong with eBay?

Not exaclty sure why you are seeing such high prices, CP had a system upgrade that went horribly wrong so no CP labels could be printed for about 5 days. It seems to be cleared up now though, works fine for me, I just printed a bunch of labels.

btw, I wouldn't say the CP strike is over, they still are in negiotiations.
