Couple of questions for CD sellers since Aug 29/25 for shipping to the USA

I am just trying to set up shipping policies costs for shipping my CD's to the US.

1.  CD's that indicate on the liner back and actual CD that the CD was made in the US, there is no tariff and there is no charge from Zonos.  Is that right?

2.  CD's that were made in Canada are they treated the same by Zonos or are there tariffs and is there a charge from Zonos?

3.  CD's that were made in Europe or Japan is there a tariff or charge from Zonos?

I used to pay about $7.24 CDN to ship a CD to the US using ebay.  What is the new charge going through Zonos then Canada Post?

Thanks in advance.

I believe all CDs are treated the same. There are no duties/tariffs on CDs regardless of COO

Zonos has been calculating the tariff on CDs from any country as $0.00, and is no longer charging a fee on tariff-free transactions (which they were still doing four days ago).

For vinyl records, there is still the bizarre issue that Zonos is calculating a tariff on records from some countries, but not on records from others.

The Canada Post 'Tracked Packet USA' shipping labels to ship a CD to the US that on eBay have been costing me $7.24 are costing me $11.03 on the Canada Post website. I assume that because lately I had been buying them almost exlusively on eBay, I am in Canada Post's lowest discount category.

Another issue when it comes to CDs is what to list as the country of origin for discs that say 'Made In EU'.
