Domestic shipping rate table price shown is more than my prices

When eBay shows the shipping cost in listings using rate tables, it is adding 6.3% to 7.2% extra. I want the price to be as I set it, and since this is variable I can't change it in the rate table to get it where I want. Any thoughts?

Are you using Calculated Shipping?

What zipcodes and postal codes are you using?
Unless you play around with them, eBay will show you only shipping cost to your own postal code.

I use 90210 and K1S 0A6 (House of Commons, Ottawa) as checks.

EBay shows the counter price for shipping to the customer unless the seller specifically chooses to show our discounted rates.

Some sellers use the discounts to cover packaging and insurance costs and charge the counter price to the buyer.

Using my own defined Canadian domestic rate tables, covering all the defined regions/provinces/urban/rural values

What type of rate table are you using (ie, weight, item, etc)? Are you adding a handling fee somewhere?

So you are using Flat Rate shipping and filling in the rate on each listing? One by each?

I'm using both rate table types (weight and item) in 2 different tables/policies. There are no handling fees in any shipping policies. The amount added is random, between ~.30 and ~.75. Yes I'm entering prices for all defined zones across Canada.

Are you sure it isn't just adding the extra weight calculation? So, for example, in the below a 1kg item going to urban Ontario would be $10.00 + $0.75 for $10.75.  A 250g item would be $10.19.  There certainly could be a bug, but to me it sounds like it's just the added amount per kg.

This occurs on item based tables as well.
