Ebay glitches on UPS shipments. Items not showing as having shipped

Twice I've done UPS labels (Can to U.S.) and the system doesn't acknowledge the shipment as having been done.  I've had to manually enter that it has shipped and the tracking.  Odd.

it is like that for Canada Post shipments as well, but they are going away eventually, it just takes a while.

I had it happen to me this morning, one shipment did eventually go away, I was logging off so I manually added the tracking for the other shipment to clean up my orders page so I wouldn't purchase a label a second time.
