I've got a statement in my listings (on the dot com site) about shipping duties paid (and which carriers I use, I mentioned Stallion Express and Canada Post, so I have choices).
I've seen lots of people putting "No Tariffs" in the title of their listing. I'm using listing software on the dot com site and can easily add this to all my titles and sync listings. But is this a good idea?
How would you tell customers you ship duties paid (so no additional tariffs on delivery) to get people not to skip over your listings? I have it in the description, but they have to actually look at the listing.
Kind of makes me wish I could continue to use New York for my item location, I'd probably get lots of sales, but I'm afraid it will upset enough buyers to know that I'm on the Canadian side of the border which leaves me open to issues like neg FB. At least with the location saying I'm in Canada, I can say "yeah I'm in Canada, but I ship duties paid using the following method".
I guess I just want to get my sales volume back to what it was before Aug 29 and have accepted that I will make less profits and spend much more time packing orders because of extra steps in the process.
