Been selling used auto parts here for 20 years most part has been good and fun. used to sell international , stopped that a number of years ago, then I stopped shipping in my own country Canada. Too much complaining that US shipping was less than to the US, which it was . I dont set the rates. Been with UPS/Netparcel for years. So, with the 25% tariff to go into effect in 2 days and I only ship to the US , I shut her down for now . no one in the US will buy  from me if they have to pay 25% on top of my price . NO WAY , they will want to return it at my expense or say it came damaged, of which I would also owe a full refund . Sucks all around but was only going to do it for a year or so longer. maybe it will change with the govt , maybe it won't . Can any other sellers relate to what I have said ? thank you

Doing a quick review of your feedback... CUSMA might make more/most of your stuff duty free if it came from a domestic manufactured vehicle, but who knows.

Dunno why you don't ship to Canada, just set the accurate shipping price and take it or leave it.

Lot more reasonable shipping alternatives for Canada than there were in the past.

yes, well the Canadians left it , but not before they ragged me out lolll . yes I understand it is all car parts but just do not know what to do just now so put her on a months holiday and will see what pans out

I did get a good deal for Canada with UPS / Netparcel , but it did not seem to make anyone in Canada happy

I ship everywhere possible. If a customer is willing to pay for my products and the shipping rate ill accept business from any country and have shipped to ever continent other than Africa.

I am trying to move as much of my sales as possible to Canada, Europe and Asia tho. I will still sell to the USA but its becoming increasingly a chore to do so.

I won't ship to USA, so I am hoping to acquire more Canadian interest, as the tracked shipping costs to International destinations for what I sell just aren't doable...I sell more within Canada on my other selling site(Etsy), so I shall put forth my best efforts there for the Canadian market, plus I do sell a little on Facebook Marketplace. I don't depend on selling for income, this is all just "something to do", so not shipping to the USA is not catastrophic for me...

Hopefully Canada Post will change the way they do business after the labor issues are sorted. They need to lower their shipping prices to compete with other services. It should not be double the cost to ship within my own country than it is to Hawaii or Florida. Also, China pays about $5 to ship a small package to Canada using the same postal system as we do and we pay 4 or 5 times that rate within our own country for the same size package. Everyone expects "free shipping" these days because of Amazon but we don't charge for yearly memberships like they do.

Try using Stallion Express + their buffalo 3PL branch. You could ship to their 3pl, pay tariff on wholesale value and then have them unpack / ship.

No, it is not as if I am living off this . I had/have been thinking of packing it in for some time , so I will let it ride , closed the store yesterday and just see how things will play out with all this
