October is about done and not a peep about EIS. On .com....20 plus year ebay account, top rated with over 45k feedback & no defects. Although i never used it, i have been enrolled in US & UK EIS for a while now. Same account on .CA...I'm above standard with low sales volume because i never sold on .ca. Could that be the problem and do they not take into account that many of us sold on .com?

It doesnt, My other accounts opted into the program but becasue my flat rate shipping method to the USA is cheaper then the program it doesnt even display the EiS shipping in the listing for the USA and it doesnt show up as an option at checkout either. It shows EiS rates for Europe though lol. The giant blue banner is still present on my listing and in the checkout page when I have a US address applied

One thing you might want to do is to double check that you have COI for every item.
I assume the new COI that we sometimes see populate somewhere near the pricing box is auto-filled on old items by the COI in the item specifics.
I haven't been enrolled. After receiving a message from a customer about an item, I noticed that I did not include the COI in the item specifics. 99.9 percent of my items have them included.
I haven't checked all 1000 items one-by-one, but I added COIs in bulk a few weeks ago to media. For my non-media items, I did a quick dive through them and found 2-3 that fell through the cracks and did not have COIs.
Obviously, their criteria might be random. But especially if you don't have many items, it might be worth double-checking to see if everything has the COI. If you have listed anything with UPCs or by selecting a similar item to base it on, there is a chance that the item specifics might not have included the COI.

Hey @dzells:
eIS enrolment began in October but will continue over the next several weeks. Like many programs of this scale, we're ramping in sellers over time to ensure a smoother experience. Inclusion in particular ramps will vary based on a wide variety of criteria. Keep an eye on your email or your eBay messages to see if you're enrolled in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can learn more about the eligibility criteria here.
