Is there a known bug with shipping in List View on a Search showing different than the listing view?

Is there a known bug with shipping in List View on a Search showing a different amount than the actual listing view?

When I search for this item to see where it ranks in terms of availability, I get a List View shipping cost that is different than the actual shipping cost. It's not just my listing, it seems like it affects the Global Shipping Program numbers too.

The actual cost is $7.54 to my postal code on this item versus the $9.42 it shows? 

Oddly, my default has turned to Priced Highest from Best Match in search too. I mean, that's usually how I do end up sorting it but it's always been Best Match as an ebay default, has it not?

In that third one list view is showing the more expensive service rather than the first service as is usual. That is odd.

Another US seller also has 2 services to Canada but in their case the list view is showing the first lower price. It is the one for US$5.99

This Same thing is happening to my listings. The shipping cost in search results is showing $16.66 and the actual
Shipping cost is $5.50. Any help I would appreciate!
