I read about the seller who had all his listing deleted and wonder how to best backup all my listings.
I use Backblaze but am not sure that backs up my listings, just my computer.
I would be devastated to lose all my info and photos as the old books and paper items do not do well with handling and scanning and it takes a huge amount of time to make listings.
Any advice? How does everyone else do this please?
Thanks in advance.

@intimewithmusic I see I missed mentioning that when I process incoming material, once I've "lotted" it on each lot I write what generally will end up being the title for the item on the envelope, box etc, it then gets pictured with the pic number range added to the "container" then once its listed the ebay/(othersite if not synchronized) numbers (everything I store has always been sorted by site/type of "lot container"/then the last 3 digits of whatever sites item number is) on the "container".
So far that system has faired me well, except when I file 234 as 243 or 324 (which is easy to find) or in so far very rare cases some other number with no resemblance to the correct number, perhaps some "alternate universe" event.... or just getting old I guess! 😉

I'm not yet ready for "side kick heaven" with Gabby Hayes yet but I do relate to "just getting old" for sure...
the day goes by so fast it seems like I'm alway brushing my teeth.
Occasionally, for high value items, I might put a photo in the item's folder showing a unique mark or feature that isn't in the listing. I haven't run into this yet but just in case I get a return and a different item comes back I can tell without a doubt.

Shoutout to @lotzofuniquegoodies who had this idea. You can save a copy of your listing from a computer (Windows) by right clicking in the listing area and selecting "Save As" and save it as "Webpage Single File".
The file save name is the item title, so no need to name it. This is the file name from my test save:
Scarface (Blu-ray_DVD, 2011, 2-Disc Set, Limited Edition) SEALED 25192107238_ eBay.mhtml
When you open the saved file by double clicking it, the file opens in your web browser. Note that it only really saves your first picture if you use print screen to grab it. What is handy is that you can cut and past text from the saved page.
Still labour intensive for hundreds of listings but can be done very quickly.

We stamp dealers also have the advantage of being able to use a single catalogue for most stamps (Scott) which most of our savvy collectors also use.
Filing by Scott # is relatively easy for singletons or small collections.
Once you get into theBig Banker's Box o' Fun it gets complicated.
I have yet to persuade DH that this is possible. A New Year resolution, perhaps.
