I see this is happening again today.
A big error message comes up after clicking the "Review Customs Form" button.
You do not have to recreate it, simply hit the chrome (browser) "refresh" button and it comes up after that.
This isn't a new bug, it's been around for year(s), this fix has worked for all that time..... I just luckily tried/found it way back when....
