I order from the US shipping supplies store, so they charge import fees, and it's in USD (and my coupon is only $50 USD).
Try to order from here: https://www.ebay.ca/str/ebayshippingsuppliescanada
The bubble mailers are of a very high quality, and you get 100 for 9.50 CAD. A good deal.
I get my coupon from the US site. The Canadian site hasn't given me a coupon in a few years (for a while I got both).

I wonder how it's possible? I have a store on .com only - and it's not even accessible from .ca at all. It's maybe your sending from location is in the US? I would contact the CS.
I also ship sometimes from Niagara Falls, NY, but always list a Canadian location (MTL, QC).
Otherwise, I would be not able to use the discounted CP Tracked Packed.
My sending location (and return address) is in NY. So that might be it. I don't put a sending location as Canada because many buyers on eBay screen for USA only sellers, so I want to be seen and get sales. When I send out offers I explain that I live in Canada and ship from US (as a domestic shipment), otherwise I try to say nothing and just ship stuff really quickly so buyers don't complain (even though I have 5 days handling, that's more to deal with things that come up and keep me from shipping for a few days).

I almost don't have any Canadian customers - maybe 2%? I noticed most of my US customers don't realize I am located in Canada. I have 1 day handling - required to maintain TRS Plus status. Of course, it doesn't make any sense to change your business model only to get some cheap (even if of a high quality) bubble mailers from Ebay. 😀

It's something I guess lol I, and everyone else would have preffered that they dont raise fees instead and keep this coupon cancelled.

@sin-n-dex I am also in Canada . 95% of my buyers are in the USA, and I do not need to cover-up where I am shipping from. You do not ship from the USA, your shipping starts from Canada , hence you ship from Canada thats where you inventory is stored, not in the USA , but like many others, you deceive US buyers into thinking you are in the USA by using a shipping service to take your package to the USA drop point for you. 5 days is way to much. Just my thoughts. At least your honest if they ask where you are located. Many will not.

An update on the Shipping Supplies coupon for Canadian Store subscribers
01-30-2025 04:10 PMDear valued Store subscribers,
I hope this message finds you well. I want to take a moment to address a recent update regarding your Store subscription benefits.
Recently, we announced plans to phase out the Shipping Supplies coupon from our Store subscription benefits over the course of this year. This decision was made with the intention of reallocating resources for future enhancements to the overall seller experience. However, after listening to your invaluable feedback, we have realized that we did not get this right.
Our team has engaged in meaningful conversations with many of you on the importance this coupon plays in supporting your success on eBay, especially for those in remote areas of Canada. Your success is our top priority, and we are committed to doing what is best for our sellers.
I am pleased to announce that we will continue to offer the Shipping Supplies coupon for our Canadian Store subscribers. There is no action required on your part to qualify for future coupons. As long as you maintain your Store subscription, you can look forward to receiving this benefit in upcoming quarters.
One of the best things about eBay is its active and engaged community of sellers. It’s because of that community that we’re able to understand when we miss the mark and take steps quickly to make it right. So, thank you for sharing your thoughts, for engaging, and for helping us make your experience on eBay as rewarding as possible.
Stay tuned for an upcoming communication showing our appreciation for your contributions to these conversations.
Sincerely,
Garry Thaniel
GM of eBay Canada
Let the coupon wait and watch begin.......Will it be with or without promised bonust?? We shall see!!!
Challenge included. No cheating!!!

Completely unfair considering we pay the same store subscription prices as the Amercans do.
Maybe they should discount our annual store subscription by the 200.00 they are nolonger giving us in discount coupons.

i haven't receivedany coupon for 2025 nor can i use the coupon on .ca.
i'm an ebay seller on .com for 27 years and only sell on .com but live in canada.
when i try using the June code on .ca it recognizes it and applies the discount but still charges me 45.00 for shipping..so a useless code.

on the phone now with a second agent..41 minutes and counting..he does acknowledge that due to negative feedback they are now continuing the discount quarterly coupon for canadian store subscribers on .com who live in canada..however the system isn't working with the code provided.

I had no issues with the coupons (used them about an hour ago). My stores are on eBay Canada though.

For people who can't find their coupon. Here is how to test to see if your coupon is available at checkout.
I made an order this past month or so, I never received notification for the coupon, but it was there at checkout.

ZOMBIE THREAD FROM JANUARY 2025
The problem with zombie threads is that the information may be out of date and no longer useful.
In this case , the discount coupons for branded shipping supplies are still available.
This was mentioned in Post 55 .

One other shot in the dark. Unsure if coupon info cross populates from com for Canadian seller selling on dot com but worth a shot. From sellers hub click on store tab. From the dropdown there is one called Subscriber Discounts. States it only works for US sellers.

Since it was getting to the end of the quarter I decided to splurge on padded envelopes (9x13) which I rarely use but need occasionally.
The coupon was valid on dotCA and the invoice actually gave the code and encouraged me to enter it.
I did pay the difference between the listed price and the $40 coupon, as well as the sales tax, but it still put the envelopes well under 35c Cdn each.
I am registered on dotCA and sell mostly on dotCOM but also on dot CA, if that makes a difference.
