You don't "choose" anything - just set up your listing as you normally do. As long as you haven't opted out of the program your listings will automatically be enrolled in eIS; you don't need to change anything in your shipping policies.
Unless you've received an email telling you that you are in the program you likely don't have access to it yet (only a handful of sellers have access at the moment).
