Stallion's Portal Update has Bugs

So I'm trying to ship something, and getting the error that "customs description requires 2 words". Well it didn't require two words when I set up the SKU. So I used to be able to just edit "customs description" when doing the shipment, but now it won't let me. It lets me update customs description on the products page, but when you go out of it and go back in, it hasn't changed. There's no way to update this, I had to create a new SKU and had all sorts of trouble getting the manufacturer information verified.

This is not an improvement. If they allowed me to use single word descriptions before and they changed it, they should let me update my SKUs so that it has the right information in that field.

I opened a ticket, hopefully they'll either update them for me or let me update them. There's not lots, just some I created in the first month or two that we had this new requirement on the platform. As soon as I got an error on one that two words was required, I made sure all future SKUs had two words for the customs description (and just updated that info each time I shipped something).

Stallion's Portal Update has Bugs

I was able to update the "Customs Description" in the old portal and that problem has been fixed.

One thing I don't like about the new portal, the description field is filled in by what's on the SKU (which might be "collectible coin/medal" or something like that), when I had both a description field and customs description, the customs description would be what's on the SKU and for the other description field I might put something like "Canada 25 Cents 2013 Cupro-Nickel Coin in Box" to be very specific about what it is. I can't have a SKU for every single different Royal Canadian Mint coin I have, I just created 1 SKU for all coins minted at RCM and changed the price and description each time I shipped something different from the RCM.
