Canada Post does not seem to have announced any raises in the cost of shipping yet.

Which is good.

And there has been no announcement of any extension of those 10,000 or more Free Listings that end at midnight on Dec 31.

I've been removing some of mine before they relist, but just to be certain, if I have 10,000 promotional and 350 Basic Store, and I have 1,000 listings at the moment, will anything listed on Dec. 31 be Free for January?

Should I be removing low-interest listings every day until I am back to my normal 350 Basic Store listings?

There was another thread raised earlier regarding CP, coles notes version: letter rate stays the same, parcels going up 3.9%/1% (plus bad news that small packet now has fuel surcharge added to it)....

I asked the same thing earlier. I am hoping that I have the next 350 in my basic store relisting, then I will just upgrade my store when they get close to finishing.

An announcement by eBay… December 8, 2020

On August 8th, we announced a significant increase in zero insertion fees for fixed price listings in select categories on ebay.ca and cafr.ebay.ca for sellers with store subscriptions. To keep the positive momentum going, these changes will become permanent on January 1st, 2021. There is no action required for this increase to be applied to your account. Check your email or Message Centre for more information on this change.

Starting January 1, 2021, you will get a permanent increase in monthly zero insertion fee listings in select categories on ebay.ca or cafr.ebay.ca. These changes will be available to all Canadian sellers with a store subscription on ebay.ca or cafr.ebay.ca. You do not need to take any action in order for this change to be applied to your account.

Th change is listed as something new.....a new reality for all sellers with a store.

Currently I have 4600 listings in an Anchor store....

and... I am looking forward to change to a Basic store....

I can list up to 350 items in  all categories..... that are not in the select categories..

Anything listed for free in December will be free until the listing renews in January. Then (for stores) it will depend on the category whether it's free or fee.
